The time machine

Imagine this. You are one hundred and ten years old. A time machine has just been invented, probably by Apple. The inventor tells you that you will be transported back in time. When you arrive you realise that it is today.
You with the wisdom of having lived and experienced life have the opportunity to speak to your younger self. You have just 60 seconds.

You’re younger than you think

Rejoice in the new you. Human cells are constantly being renewed and those which constitute our persona today are quite different from those of ten years ago. So the cells in our body are a great deal younger than we are. So although we think we are the same person, it could be just an illusion that we’ve become attached to through habit.
